In addition, you have the option to add up to 5 photos of your business or ITEM you’re Selling. For Large Items such as Real Estate, Vehicles, Boats and Airplanes, sellers can add up to 21 photos and a short video clip of the Item for Sale.
None of your personal or business information needs to be displayed. Users are Required to Chat real time before Selling/Buying anything in this platform. It’s the Seller’s responsibility to List their Sales Price Accordingly as they see fit. In Real Estate Deals and other Large item Deals, Sellers can also List their Sales Price to give Exclusive Access to Buyers they Chat with and agree together on (Sellers must be clear in the Presale Chat with Buyers whether it’s an actual Sale Price to Buy within the platform or a Price for an Exclusive Right to View and Buy first in a timely manner as agreed between the Seller and Buyer) If the Buyer does not honor their end of the agreement, the Buyer forfeits their payment and the Seller can move on to the next Buyer.
